What are the shipping charges for ordering from your website?
We provide free shipping worldwide. For international clients you have to pay the custom duty to the courier company at the time of delivery, details are mentioned in Shipping Policy.
Why have I not received my product yet?
Some products have longer expected delivery times. Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on the website. If the number of days is past due there might be some unforeseen conditions due to which your product cannot be shipped. We will send you an email or call you to inform about such delays. Also, sometimes shipping company take longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery.
How much time do you take for custom orders?
We take around 8 to 10 weeks for all the orders.
How do we book an appointment?

How long does it take to receive the pieces?
It takes 4-6 weeks to receive the pieces unless otherwise stated. If you would like it earlier then please let us know in advance, and we can let you know if this is possible.
Is there room for adjustment in the pieces?
We do leave some space on our pieces for minor alterations.
- We Ship to 232 countries around the world through renowned logistic partners.
- We offer free global shipping, however most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
- VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case to case basis. Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, GST, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller’s, control, but are determined by your local government.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances
- Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Bchic Enterprises & refund would be only in the form of credit voucher code.
- You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation request. Cancellation requests can only be done through email.
- Products ordered during our Annual sale/ Sale items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing orders may be slightly delayed.
- At no point of time, do we issue refunds, more than the product value.
- Given the complexity in production for the custom orders, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
- In case, our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may delay an order.
- At any point in time, during the garment construction process it cannot be canceled.
- We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we hope you will not have to use such policy, but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
- We will review and honor returns up to 48 Hours from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise. Custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered.
- We will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including color mismatch or exchanges for size.
- In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange / store credit on a case-by-case basis.
- All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Bchic Enterprises.

8. We will maximum pay for the return shipping up to USD 30.00 (INR 1800) , (In case it’s our fault ) as credit voucher code for which you need to forward us the scan copy of shipping receipt for the same on email@example.com
- This credit note will be valid for 6 months and will be given once the products are received by us, in a stable and intact position (without any wear and tear) and passed by our quality department.
- Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking # has to be provided via email so that we can trace the product and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
